Returns and Exchanges
- Return Eligibility: We only accept returns if the product arrives in damaged condition. In this case, please contact us immediately and provide a photo of the product’s condition.
- Return Window: Returns must be made within 15 business days of receiving the product.
- No Cancellations: Once an order is shipped and in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Refunds: If you request a refund, please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. However, if a replacement order is sent out, we will cover the shipping costs for the new shipment.
- No Returns for “Lack of Results”: We do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with the product’s results.
